Francis is part of a global OnePulse team that is spread across markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He heads the OnePulse team in Sub-Saharan Africa. OnePulse leverages real-time consumer insights to enable agencies to evaluate the impact of their advertising and marketing campaigns.
