Generally, we will obtain your express consent before sharing your personal data with any third party for that third party's own direct marketing purposes.

When attending an event, you may have the option to scan your badge at an exhibitor's stand.

If you choose to scan your badge, the exhibitor may directly receive personal information associated with your registration, which may include:

  • Your job title.
  • Your company name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your postal or business address.
  • Your telephone number.

The exhibitor may then contact you following the event.

If you do not want an exhibitor to receive your personal data or contact you following the event, do not scan your badge at that exhibitor's stand.

Scanning your badge is treated as an opt-in to hear from that exhibitor.

We do not manage the exhibitor's subsequent use of that consent.
